How are my deliveries done?
Our deliveries are all done by 3rd party service providers.
All failed deliveries will be returned to us and we will reach out to you with regards to re-delivery or a self-collection option from our operating location.
How are my deliveries arranged?
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will reach out to you within the next working day via your contact info for delivery arrangements.
Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical retail store as we are mainly a restaurant.
How are the wines being stored?
All the wines offered are stored in a temperature-controlled cellar to ensure every bottle remains at its optimal condition.
Do you do deliveries out of Singapore?
For all deliveries outside Singapore, do contact us via email or WhatsApp for arrangement before placing your order.
Do you provide Tax Refund for Tourists?
Yes, we do provide tax refund services for tourist who make purchases with us. But please be advised that you will be required to come to our office, bring along your passport and provide us with your e-Visit pass for processing.
